Cozru Digital is a small consultancy based in Leicester, United Kingdom, with hands-on experience delivering digital projects across the UK, Germany, and Poland.
We've been going strong for over two years, working with businesses of every size — from solo founders building their first website to established teams overhauling their entire martech stack. What hasn't changed is how we work: we listen first, we recommend honestly, and we treat your project like it's our own.

What size of business do you work with?
Any size. We've worked with solo founders, small businesses, and larger organisations. What matters is whether the project is a fit — not the size of the company behind it.
Do you only work with UK clients?
No. We're based in Leicester but have delivered projects in Germany, Poland, and across the UK. We're happy to work remotely with clients anywhere.
What platforms and tools do you work with?
Lots. For websites: WordPress, Astro, Next.js, Webflow, and custom builds. For e-commerce: Shopify and WooCommerce. For CRM and automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Mailchimp. We pick the right tool for the job, not the other way around.
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes — this is a big part of what we do. Whether you've inherited a site, lost your previous developer, or just need ongoing support, we can step in, audit what's there, and pick things up from where they are.
How do you charge?
It depends on the project. Fixed-price for clearly-defined work, monthly retainers for ongoing maintenance, and day rates for consultancy. We always agree pricing upfront — no surprises.
How long do projects usually take?
A simple brochure website: 2–4 weeks. A larger e-commerce or CRM project: 1–3 months. We give you a realistic timeline at the start and keep you updated throughout.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project is finished?
Yes. Most of our clients stay on a maintenance retainer after launch so their site or platform keeps running smoothly. It's optional, not a requirement.
